Assistant Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

To drive the growth of the Bank’s corporate credit portfolio and position the Bank as the preferred partner for corporate banking clients by actively marketing current and upcoming banking products and acquiring high-caliber clients in the corporate and syndicated loans sectors to maximize portfolio size, revenue, and overall profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive the expansion of the Bank's market share in alignment with growth strategies, while targeting high-caliber companies to maintain excellent credit portfolio quality.
2. Actively market the Bank’s products and services to corporate and institutional clients within defined strategies, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
3. Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, financial analyses, and risk assessments for both new prospects and existing clients.
4. Provide operational support for day-to-day banking transactions and account maintenance within the assigned portfolio.
5. Prepare and submit periodic reports tracking the performance, health, and status of the credit portfolio.
6. Coordinate day-to-day account operations and service delivery with internal support departments and back-office teams.
7. Follow up on the implementation of credit decisions and recommendations and prepare mandatory site visit reports and periodic updates.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Investment, or an equivalent field.
• Must hold a Corporate Finance Credit Professional Certificate (Credit Course).
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of overall banking experience.
• Must include at least 2 years of specialized experience in Corporate Credit, or 2 years of experience post-credit certification.
