Assistant Relationship Manager

About the role

Assist relationship managers and portfolio managers to handle account opening matters in custodian banks and handle client enquiries. Conduct KYC and Source of Wealth to meet regulatory requirements. Execute investment orders and monitor trade status. Update and maintain client profiles. Assist relationship managers and portfolio managers to prepare marketing materials and client review reports.

Key responsibilities

• Assist relationship managers / portfolio managers to handle account opening matters in custodian banks and handle client enquiries
• Conduct KYC and Source of Wealth to meet regulatory requirements
• Execute investment orders and monitor the trade status
• Update and maintain client profiles
• Assist relationship managers / portfolio managers to prepare marketing materials and client review reports

About you

• Minimum 3 years of financial working experience, with at least 1 year's experience in private banking, investment banking, family office, asset management, or premium banking
• Strong client network and good interpersonal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of cross-asset classes investment instruments
• Excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin and written English and Chinese
• Eligible to be SFC license Type 4 and 9 representatives preferred
