Role Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our fast-growing multi-family office as an Assistant Relationship Manager . This dynamic role blends operational management, regulatory compliance, and client onboarding responsibilities. You will be part of a lean, entrepreneurial team that values accountability, precision, and client excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as a communication bridge between relationship managers and financial institutions, ensuring seamless interactions.

· Participate in client account opening process, identify workflow gaps, review operational procedures, and contribute to projects or strategic initiatives.

· Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices, assisting in the development and implementation of compliance frameworks.

Your skills and experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in the banking industry, ideally in operations, client relationship management, or compliance.

· Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

· Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

· Self-motivated, energetic, and a team-player.

· Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge of financial markets, practices, and products.

· Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
