Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Banking)

About the role

This role involves working closely with Product Development, Operations and other relevant functional teams on day-to-day activities within a wealth management banking environment, supporting investment operations and client services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the required Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML processes, procedures and documentation
• Support the Relationship Manager in providing periodic investment market updates, as well as the placement and execution of OTC and listed investment trades across FX, bonds, equities, funds and structured products
• Provide administrative and client support to the Relationship Manager, including maintaining and updating client transaction records, reports and client information
• Monitor the dealing infrastructure, processes and systems supporting investment products, while managing sales documentation, product agreements and service level agreements
• Deliver high-quality customer service and contribute to a positive overall customer experience with the Bank

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Good understanding of economics, market practices and investment products within the wealth management industry
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• CACS Paper 1 and/or Paper 2 certification will be an added advantage
