Assistant Relationship Manager, Wealth Management

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with WM RMs to deepen client relationships and achieve business targets.
2. Manage client onboarding and KYC review procedures to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
3. Execute account maintenance processes (openings, closures, updates) and interface with clients to complete documentation.
4. Collaborate with WM RMs to offload small accounts to relevant servicing units and close zero-balance profiles with no business potential.
5. Handle day-to-day clients requests, including investment instructions, monitor funds for payment, follow up on client’s instructions, forms and deposits rollovers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in wealth management
• Licensed under SFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities and IA technical representative license is an advantage.
• Good understanding of relevant local regulations and HKMA, SFC requirements.
• Good teamwork and able to collaborate with RMs, Operations, and multiple levels of colleagues across the branch.
• Multi-tasking under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
