About the role

This is an operations leadership position overseeing daily Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations to ensure flawless execution of standard operating procedures and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations to ensure flawless execution of SOPs and brand standards
• Lead, train, and motivate the team, managing work schedules, performance reviews, and daily workflow to maintain high service quality
• Drive guest satisfaction, handle escalated feedback and complaints, and enforce safety and emergency procedures
• Utilize proven selling techniques to boost room sales and upsell services
• Assist HQ with revenue and marketing strategies
• Ensure strict adherence to cash handling, credit policies, grooming standards, and overall property cleanliness

About you

• Minimum 4+ years in Front Office / Guest Services (Hotel/Hospitality industry)
• Supervisory experience is a strong plus
• Proven ability to lead, prioritize tasks, and motivate both full-time and part-time staff
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Energetic, result-oriented, attentive to detail, with a strong service mind and positive attitude
• Able to work flexible hours and shifts as needed
