Assistant Resort Manager

The Waves Signature RV Resort, located in Naples, FL, is seeking an energetic, guest-focused professional to fill the role of Assistant Resort Manager.

This full-time position provides exceptional customer service to resort guests and supports the General Manager with all aspects of resort operations.

The ideal candidate must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime during the busy season.

Essential Job Duties

• Welcomes guests and delivers exceptional, personalized service with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Responds to guest inquiries and resolves concerns quickly, professionally, and politely.
• Assists Guest Services with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.
• Tours the property daily to ensure standards, overall appearance, and safety are maintained.
• Coordinates daily tasks with maintenance, housekeeping, and activity staff.
• Assists with guest activities.
• Assists with the day-to-day general operational duties for the Resort.
• In the absence of the RV Resort Manager, provides leadership to the team.

Requirements

• Experience in a hotel, resort, country club, or luxury property preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate difficult situations.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Polished, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Computer proficiency, including Google Workspace and property management systems.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
