• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality food production and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to meet operational needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and dining experience.
• Assist in budgeting processes, tracking expenses, and maximizing profitability.

Experience

• Previous experience in a food service or casual dining environment is required.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial management within the restaurant industry.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
