Assistant Restaurant Manager 1

Job Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Supervise shift operations, assign tasks to crew members, and maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and ensure an excellent dining experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, order supplies, and check incoming deliveries for accuracy.
• Team Development: Train new crew members, coach staff members, and evaluate team performance.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist in preparing profit and loss reports, sales tracking, and scheduling.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
