Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Help monitor inventory, sales, and manpower scheduling
- Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and service standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Support staff training and team development
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years managerial or supervisory experience in food & beverage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented and hands-on
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, organized, and dependable
