An Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the general manager by overseeing daily operations, managing shift execution, leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams, controlling inventory, and ensuring high standards of guest service and food safety compliance

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Proven financial management and budgeting skills
• Experience with restaurant POS systems
• Food safety certification

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with 3 years of experience in a full service restaurant.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
