RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are seeking a charismatic and commercially driven Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-

house operations and elevate the guest experience in a fast-paced, high-profile setting. The

ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, understands luxury clientele expectations,

and is passionate about performance, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire a high-performing FOH team

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations

- Drive revenue performance and strong upselling culture

- Oversee P&L, beverage cost control, and labor efficiency

- Maintain exceptional luxury service standards

- Manage VIP and high-profile guest relations

- Ensure compliance with UAE operational regulations

- Maintain strong and visible presence on the floor

PROFILE:

- 7+ years in luxury or festive dining concepts

- Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant

Manager

- Strong financial and operational leadership

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- Experience in high-revenue environments

- Confident and charismatic floor presence

- Fluent English
