ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Assistant Restaurant Manager position at Quality Choices Group of Companies for Pampanga. The role involves coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house operations, monitoring sales targets and operational expenses, and ensuring restaurant performance standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Monitor sales targets, operational expenses, and restaurant performance
• Manage inventory, stock monitoring, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and proper food handling procedures
• Operate POS systems, handle cash, and prepare daily sales reports
• Conduct store visits and assist in operational activities as needed
• Work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role
• Experience in restaurant operations, front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and proper food handling procedures
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, stock monitoring, and cost control
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Willing to undergo training for 1 month in Malolos, Bulacan.
