What they need
- Has overall shift responsibilities and is accountable for the smooth running of the restaurant
- Upsell F&B products to customers and push sales
- Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements
- Work with Restaurant Manager on all restaurant issues.
- Manage store inventory and stock take when necessary.
- To attend all meetings and training programs when required.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and recovery and assist in paperwork
- To be responsible and accountable for the operational running of the outlet(s)
- Maintain effective communication within the team in recruitment and training
- To work closely with events team to map out the requirements and ensure that all areas are arranged in accordance with client’s requirements
- Any ad hoc duties assigned to them.
