Assistant Restaurant Manager

AREA OF ASSIGNMENT WILL BE IN SEOULPOT - AYALA MALLS ARCA SOUTH
Key responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the store, including greeting and handling customers, ensuring proper food and store preparation, equipment conditions, cash and sales handling, and other ad hoc tasks as needed
• Ensure that all store standards are met and compliance with LGU, Mall, Employee, and Legal obligations
• Produce all necessary reports, including sales and expenses, inventory, new staff training, manpower scheduling, maintenance and repair of all equipment
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement learning and development strategies to foster store staffs' career growth
• Enforce company rules and regulations, and disciplinary policies

About you

• College graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, or related course (preferred but not required)
• At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant setting
• Keen attention to detail, excellent work ethic, pleasing personality, and good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Google Suite, WPS, or Microsoft Office Applications
