Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and train front-of-house staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Oversee food production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement and uphold food safety and allergen protocols to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance restaurant performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of food production techniques, kitchen operations, and culinary arts.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
