Assistant Restaurant Manager 餐廳副經理

Responsibilities (Assistant Manager):

• Perform day to day restaurant operations management ; 負責餐廳的日常營運管理
• Ensure excellent communication is happening within the team for a smooth operation ; 確保團隊內部溝通順暢
• Monitor all Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and PE policies and procedures as well legal requirements are followed by your team and yourself; 監督食品衛生、健康安全、並確保合符公司政策、程序以及法律要求
• Ensure stock is managed and replenished and regular inventory and security checks are carried out; 妥善管理庫存，並定期進行盤點和安全檢查
• Organise shifts and scheduling and duties are delegated with goals and objectives set; 排班，並根據餐廳需要分配職責
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards are delivered through the team for an amazing guest experience; 確保團隊提供卓越服務和符合品牌標準，為顧客帶來卓越的體驗
• Coordinate all guest queries, complaints, and feedback, responding quickly, correctly, and efficiently; 協調所有顧客的疑問、投訴和回饋，並快速、正確、有效率地回應
• Support restaurant in achieving its KPIs through development, management, and leadership of the team; 透過團隊的發展、管理和領導，達到餐廳績效指標 (KPI)
• Work as a team and fill in positions/gaps during the operation as necessary; 發揮團隊合作，並在營運過程中根據需要填補團隊人手需要
• Assume full responsibility for the restaurant and team in the absence of the RM；在餐廳經理缺席的情況下，承擔管理餐廳和團隊的責任

Requirement:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience; 具3年相關工作經驗
• Fluent Cantonese speaking; Good commend of spoken English 熟練廣東話和英文口語和廣東話
• Good supervision & leadership skills; 良好的監督和領導能力
• Team Player, work together as a team  具團隊合作精神
• Positive ,enthusiastic, self confident and love great food; 積極，熱情，自信，熱愛食物
