Assistant Restaurant Manager

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible of the following:

• Supports the RGM in overseeing specific tasks in the restaurant
• Shift performance, Assigned Restaurant Systems
• Shift management delivering excellent sevice to guests
• Monitors restaurant staff's compliance to brand standards
• Coaching staff on shift to improve performance

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year restaurant operations experience as a Shift manager level, has managed a restaurant system such as Inventory, Scheduling, Sales Channel (delivery) etc.
• Extensive computer literacy in MS word, excel and Powerpoint
• Graduate of a 4yr course preferably Business Management, Restaurant and Hospitality management
• Guest focused, High Integrity, Communication and interpersonal skills, High Work standards, drives to excel, with sense of ownership, High iniitiative level, ability to work under pressure, respectful
