Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations
- Lead, supervise, and develop the restaurant team
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints professionally
- Monitor service quality, food & beverage standards, and SOP compliance
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments
- Monitor sales, costs, stock, and overall restaurant performance
- Conduct staff briefing, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards
- Drive upselling and support revenue targets
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues to management
