Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
Clio is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, lead team members, and help maintain excellent food and guest service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous restaurant or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and assist restaurant staff
• Help prepare staff schedules and coordinate shifts
• Monitor food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Assist with inventory and supply management
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally
• Train new employees and support team development
• Ensure restaurant policies and safety standards are followed

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
