Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
Amigos/Kings Classic is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead team members, and work closely with the General Manager. This role helps maintain service quality, food safety, staffing, and efficient restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily restaurant operations and shift management.
• Lead, train, and support restaurant team members.
• Help manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and product organization.
• Monitor food quality, service, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Support cash-handling and daily operational procedures.
• Handle customer concerns and help maintain a positive guest experience.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Take responsibility for store operations when the General Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Good organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant procedures.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
