Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen, and bar areas.
  • Monitor food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
  • Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Staff Supervision & Development

  • Support in scheduling, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
  • Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Handle staff concerns and assist in performance evaluations.

• Customer Service

  • Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and resolve service issues effectively.

• Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist in monitoring sales, budgets, and cost control measures.
  • Prepare reports on operations, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support in cash handling and reconciliation procedures.

• Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to implement strategies for growth.
  • Act as the Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
