Job Summary

Join Seroja as an Assistant Manager to lead service operations, develop the team, and deliver exceptional hospitality in a Michelin two-star setting.

Responsibilities

Lead the front-of-house team during service to ensure smooth, efficient operations and high guest satisfaction

Train and develop team members to enhance skills and maintain service excellence

Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to coordinate seamless service delivery

Manage guest interactions and respond effectively to special requests to create memorable dining experiences

Maintain and uphold the restaurant’s hospitality standards consistently during all service periods

Assist in staff scheduling, conduct briefings, and oversee daily operational tasks to support team organization

Motivate and align the team towards shared goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Contribute to building and strengthening the team culture through active engagement and leadership
