Assistant Restaurant Manager

🔸 Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on service quality, speed, and cleanliness
• Lead and develop team members to meet service and performance standards
• Support inventory, ordering, and shift scheduling
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with training, administrative tasks, and implementation of company policies

🔸 Qualifications:

• College graduate (Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years in a food service supervisory or assistant managerial role
• Confident in team leadership, problem-solving, and quality control
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Experience in fast-paced or high-volume food environments preferred
