Assistant Restaurant Manager

There will be some late nights each week, we close at 2:00 am.

Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant shift operations, making sure food and beverage service is running efficiently and in a timely manner, customers are leaving happy and wanting to return. We at Redbeard's pride ourselves with cleanliness standards.
• Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and team management strategies
• Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow during busy hours
• Oversee bar inventory control, including ordering liquor, beers, supplies, managing beverage stock levels, and minimizing waste and monthly inventory.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food handling and hygiene practices
• Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and participating in staff training & development initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
