Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead operations for our Japanese fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experience, maintain high service standards, and oversee daily operations while driving team performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
• Lead, train, and supervise FOH and BOH teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage supplier coordination
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational performance
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold authentic Japanese dining standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in fine dining or Japanese cuisine
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Japanese dining etiquette is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
