Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth dining experiences and efficient workflow

Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and ambience

Drive sales growth, manage operational costs, and achieve business performance targets

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety regulations

Manage inventory control, staff scheduling, cash handling, and restaurant administrative tasks

Handle guest feedback professionally and implement continuous service and operational improvements

Maintain restaurant facilities and enforce adherence to company policies and operating procedures

Support additional operational initiatives as assigned by management

Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills to manage teams and engage guests

Exhibit passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences

Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or fitness industries is advantageous
