Front of House member of staff is required for a prestigious Michelin Starred restaurant located in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

4 days a week, Sundays off

Situated in the heart of the city centre, this unique venue offers the best of British food, an amazing wine list and vibrant seasonal cocktails in an elegant and welcoming setting.

Champions of ethical farming and sustainable fishing, the kitchen represents the very best of British produce and cooking.

REQUIRED that you should have the following experience:

- a minimum of 2AA Rosette experience

- Wine level WSET 2

- 3 years of restaurant experience

- 1 year of management experience

A proven track record of consistent long term fine dining employment.

We ask is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for customer service and hospitality.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
