Assistant Manager – The Loch & the Tyne, Old Windsor

We’re looking for an amazing Assistant Manager to join the team at The Loch & the Tyne, our pub in Old Windsor. We’re all about amazing British food, brilliant produce, great drinks and warm, relaxed hospitality and we need someone with plenty of personality and energy to help us keep delivering exactly that.

You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and be right in the middle of everything that happens day to day – leading the team on the floor, looking after our guests, helping services run smoothly and getting stuck in wherever you’re needed.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality and making people happy. You might already be an Assistant Manager looking for your next challenge or a brilliant Supervisor ready to step up. Either way, we want someone who’s eager to learn, confident with guests, great with a team and excited about developing their career with us.

You’ll help train and motivate the team, keep an eye on all the little details, support with the day-to-day running of the pub and bring your own ideas about how we can make things even better. You’ll start getting more involved in the commercial side of the business too, learning the numbers as well as the hospitality and understanding what it takes to run a really successful pub.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with personality, positivity and a proper love of hospitality. Someone who can keep their cool when the pub is absolutely buzzing, make our regulars feel at home, welcome first-time guests like old friends and have a laugh with the team along the way.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
