Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Key holder & shift supervisor

-Administration work to support service and management

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Provide recommendations on menu items

• Handle guest enquiries and resolution of issues

• Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene practices

• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service

• Cashing up and providing end of day reports

Experience:

• Previous Supervisor/Management experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
• Knowledge of wine, preferably with WSET Level 2
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within the kitchen and wine bar setting

Pay: £13.50 per hour
