Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our client, a rapidly expanding aggregate of companies managing premier branded food concepts across the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Partner with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork.
• Team Development: Train, mentor, and inspire staff to maintain high performance and adhere to global brand standards.
• Efficiency Management: Take charge of inventory control, supply management, and labor scheduling to maximize profitability.
• Guest Experience: Act as the face of the brand, handling customer feedback with grace and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Strategic Support: Step into the Manager’s role during their absence, demonstrating readiness for future career growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management (HRM), Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of proven experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sharp attention to detail regarding food quality and operational costs.

Work setup:

• On-site reporting, 6 days a week
• Store hours; 8 hours, depending on business requirements
