We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our growing hospitality team in Parramatta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house team members.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and operational standards.
• Support staff rostering, training, and performance management.
• Monitor labour costs, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and company policies.
• Support sales initiatives, functions, and business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of labour cost management and restaurant profitability.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on management approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
