The Restaurant Assistant Manager will support in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service delivery, and effective team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise and support servers, cashiers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns and resolve service-related issues.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Support inventory management and operational reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Preferably with excellent English communication skill.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
