A significant part of your role will involve developing people. You'll help create a culture where every team member, regardless of position, understands the food, the farm, the ingredients and the reasons behind what the restaurant does. You'll coordinate regular menu education, dish tastings, service briefings and opportunities for people to learn directly from the culinary team.
