Responsibility We are inviting applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for the following position of the Food & Beverage- Service Department. The candidates must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for the position:

Duties Assistant Restaurant Manager shall be the representative of Food & Beverage Restaurant Services with operational excellence and focusing on great service experience to every guest and maximizing department profitability and handle every issue efficiently, courteously and professionally. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:

• Ensure consistent delivery of five-star service standards and exceptional guest experiences.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate restaurant associates to achieve operational and service objectives.
• Ensure proper mise-en-place, table setup, cleanliness, grooming, and service standards.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, food & beverage costs, and operational expenses.
• Assist with staff scheduling, duty allocation, attendance, and manpower planning.
• Conduct daily briefings and support effective communication within the team.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years
• Education: diploma in hospitality management
• Skills: restaurant management, food & beverage management, restaurant operations, hotel management, hospitality management, banquet operations, food and beverage, guest service management
