Assistant Restaurant Manager

Day to day operations

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Operations: Open and close the restaurant, oversee front-and-back-of-house flow, and balance cash registers.
• Staff Management: Assist with hiring, onboarding, training employees, building weekly shift schedules, and tracking performance.
• Customer Service: Address guest feedback, resolve service or food complaints, and handle special event or table inquiries.
• Inventory & Ordering: Track stock levels, order kitchen supplies and ingredients, and coordinate with wholesale vendors.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce local health, sanitation, and food safety regulations (such as ServSafe guidelines).
• Administration: Help track daily sales, input payroll data, and monitor labor or food costs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
