Assistant Manager – Blue Baker

We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, enjoy coaching others, and take pride in delivering quality guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily restaurant operations and shift management
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve issues professionally
• Help manage food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Assist with inventories and labor control
• Ensure a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends
• Passion for hospitality and teamwork
