Assistant Restaurant Manager 餐廳副經理

Job Duties 主要職責

• Responsible for operations of the Restaurant but not limited to proper scheduling, assigning of duties, housekeeping, repair & maintenance of restaurants 管理日常運作，包括更表編排、工作分配、餐廳維修及保養
• Execution for the process improvement to enhance business performance and cost control 執行及改進公司業務流程及成本控制
• Deliver high-quality service to customers 提供優質餐飲服務予賓客
• Identify areas where service can be improved and finding practical solutions 檢討及製訂合適方案改善餐廳服務質素
• Sociable and able to interact with customers with a strong sense of hospitality and passion 積極及熱誠與客戶互動

Job Requirements 工作要求

• 5 years or above experience in F&B / Western cuisine at management level 5年或以上餐飲服務及西餐管理經驗
• F.5/DSE or above, preferably with formal training in recognized technical institute 中學畢業或以上程度, 如有專業訓練更佳
• Self-motivated, with good team spirits and ability to learn 積極主動﹑有團隊精神及熱誠
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese; knowledge in Mandarin is a plus 良好英語與中文溝通能力; 具普通話溝通能力者優先
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong 合資格在香港工作
