About Us - The Gadlys Hotel is a family run, Four Star Standard, Hotel & Touring Park with the well renowned Bay View Restaurant & Bar situated in the coastal town Cemaes Bay, Anglesey, North Wales.

We have a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant and bar, known for delivering excellent food, drinks, and customer experiences. We are now looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to support our management team and help drive the business forward.

The Role - as Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will work side by side with our existing Management Team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the venue.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities- Work alongside our existing Restaurant Manager with daily operations - Assist with stock control and ordering of food, beverages, and supplies - Lead shifts and ensure high standards of service at all times - Plan, coordinate, and run events from start to finish - Train, motivate, and support team members - Maintain health & safety and licensing standards - Be actively involved on the floor, lead by example.

About You- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality is essential - Strong organisational and leadership skills - Confident in managing teams and working under pressure - Hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude - Experience with stock ordering- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service - Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.20-£15.00 per hour
