You will work closely with the leadership team to keep the café running smoothly and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Operations:** Assist in overseeing daily café operations, ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures and high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and visual appeal.

* **Team Leadership:** Guide, train, and motivate the team on shift, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.

* **Customer Service:** Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle feedback professionally.

* **Stock & Inventory:** Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste through proper stock rotation.

* **Financial Accuracy:** Support cash handling, till management, and daily reconciliations.

* **Safety & Compliance:** Maintain strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards across all shifts.

**Key Qualifications & Skills:**

* Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the coffee, restaurant, or F&B industry.

* Strong leadership and motivational skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Hands-on experience with cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

* Strong problem-solving skills for handling operational and customer challenges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
