Assistant Restaurant Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Handle opening and closing procedures, manage reservations, coordinate floor service, and maintain smooth shift execution.
• Staff Management: Build weekly shift schedules, onboard and mentor new employees, lead pre-shift team meetings, and manage performance.
• Customer Service: Greet guests, handle special requests, and resolve customer complaints or feedback professionally.
• Inventory & Procurement: Track stock levels, order food supplies and equipment, manage vendor invoices, and control operating costs.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the establishment meets health, hygiene, food safety, and local licensing standards.
• Administrative Support: Assist with payroll processing, cash-register balancing, and sales tracking

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
