Job Summary

We’re on the lookout for an energetic and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily operations and ensure our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. In this role, you’ll support the management team in supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Duties

• Assist in supervising restaurant staff including servers, bartenders, and kitchen team members to deliver excellent service.
• Support food preparation and cooking activities to ensure dishes meet quality standards.
• Help manage bar operations, including bartending duties and beverage service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
• Contribute to team management by training new staff and motivating team members to perform their best.
• Oversee guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.

Skills

• Previous supervising or team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Experience with bartending or barista duties is a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations and standards.
• Hospitality-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
