Assistant Restaurant Manager

KNC Group of Companies is a franchisee of Jollibee Foods Corporation and is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (Product Quality Manager) for our Jollibee Store in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu where he/she will help the Restaurant Manager meet goals by managing daily operations, especially in food production, staff support, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales

• Track sales and suggest ways to improve.
• Help launch new products and support marketing programs (except parties and bulk orders).
• Make sure the store is ready for new items and promotions.

2. Profit

• Manage daily costs like food and supplies.
• Plan and order stocks correctly.
• Handle monthly inventory and make sure supplier bills are accurate.
• Keep the production system updated with new items or prices.

3. Quality

• Make sure food safety and cleanliness meet company standards.
• Train staff on proper food handling and quality procedures.
• Handle complaints and improve service based on feedback.

4. People Development

• Support the development of junior staff (SCs, MTs).
• Help assess employee performance. Lead training sessions for new managers.
• Act as the safety officer during emergencies.

5. Shift Management:

• Oversee daily operations including kitchen, service, and admin work during shifts.
• Manage store funds and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or similar field.
• 2–3 years experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Skills in sales tracking, inventory, and supervising staff.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Can handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Knows food safety and workplace safety rules.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
