We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager who is willing to relocate to Victoria, BC, and become part of our professional hospitality team.
About Us:The Indian Lab is a contemporary Indian restaurant offering an elevated dining experience, featuring creative cocktails, a curated wine selection, 40 indoor seats, and a beautiful 20-seat patio.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone genuinely passionate about hospitality and fine dining.
- Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and food & beverage service.
- A natural leader who can motivate and inspire a professional team.
- A revenue-driven mindset with excellent upselling skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with regular guests and create memorable dining experiences.
- Strong operational, guest service, and team management skills.
We believe great hospitality is about more than serving food — it’s about creating experiences, building relationships, and growing together.
Relocation to Victoria, BC, is required.
