About the role

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will help oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, maintain high service standards and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

About you

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
• Good food and beverage knowledge, with barista skills preferred but not essential
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and generating repeat business
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
