Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
• Supervise staff and ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Help monitor inventory, sales, and manpower scheduling
• Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and service standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Support staff training and team development

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years managerial or supervisory experience in food & beverage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-service oriented and hands-on
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organized, and dependable
