At Nando’s, we’re looking for a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to inspire our team, deliver outstanding service, and keep our restaurant running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver great results.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and manpower planning.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
• Ensure the restaurant is safe, clean, and compliant with all standards.
• Manage costs, control waste, and drive sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences every time.
• Support local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Align your team with the restaurant’s goals and vision.
• Recognize, reward, and engage your team to keep morale high.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Preferably experienced as an Assistant Manager in Food & Beverage or Restaurant Service, or equivalent.
• Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Food & Service Management or related field.
• Strong passion for food, people, and creating great dining experiences.
• Proven leadership skills – proactive, resourceful, and results-driven.
• Able to plan effectively, manage time well, and make sound decisions based on data (including Profit & Loss interpretation).
• Humble, open-minded, and always eager to learn and grow.
• A natural motivator who can develop and inspire others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with people at all levels.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
