Assistant Restaurant Manager - Kuwait

Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a large hospitality group in Kuwait.

We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional who can support restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain high service standards, and help ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and motivate front-of-house and service teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent service standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support inventory control and minimize operational waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Monitor daily sales and operational performance.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business and operational goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar hospitality management role.
• Strong experience in restaurants, cafés, coffee brands, or F&B.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• International hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
