Assistant Restaurant Manager 餐厅副经理 (Restaurant Operations 餐厅营运)

Job Descriptions:

• Assist the store manager with daily operations 协助店长管理门店日常

• Provided constructive ideas to achieve sales targets 提供建设性意见，达成营业目标

• Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service 向顾客点餐并提供热情专业的服务

• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively 有效并及时解决顾客投诉

• Train employees and monitor staff performance 培训和指导员工，监督员工表现及工作职责执行

• Coordinate and collaborate with different departments 与公司各部门协调配合

• Work location can be either the Pavilion Bukit Jalil/Sunway Velocity/Setia City mall outlet 上班地点是 Pavilion Bukit Jalil/Sunway Velocity/Setia City mall 门店上班

Job Requirements 工作需求:

• At least Higher Secondary/SPM qualification holder 至少拥有高中/高等教育
• At least 1 year of working experience in the Foods & Beverages Management field 至少一年餐饮业管理层的经验
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia 所需语言：华语，英语，马来语

(Mandarin is important for serving Mandarin-speaking customers and preparing reports.)

• Good problem-solving skills & communication, aggressive and passionate in the F&B industry 须有良好的沟通能力和解决问题的技巧；有上进心和对餐饮业抱有热忱
• Must be willing to work in Pavilion Bukit Jalil/Sunway Velocity/Setia City mall outlet. 上班地点是 Pavilion Bukit Jalil/Sunway Velocity/Setia City mall 门店上班
