Assistant Restaurant Manager (SM General Trias)

• Supervise and motivate restaurant staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
• Support staff scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Train and coach employees on service standards, restaurant procedures, and company policies.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and employee concerns professionally.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and overall restaurant appearance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock monitoring, ordering, and proper storage of supplies.
• · Monitor food waste and help control food, labor, and operating costs.
• · Ensure all restaurant equipment and facilities are properly maintained and report maintenance issues promptly.
• · Provide regular feedback to the Restaurant Manager regarding staff performance and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Atleast 1 year of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
